My name is Tammy, and I’m the brains behind this blog, Couple Of Seeds. Literally, I came up with the name! Here is a little more about us.
I came up with the idea of the blog and I do all of the techie stuff BUT the master to all the delicious, incredible recipes that you find here is the hard work of Anthony!
Couple Of Seeds has been in the thought process for years now and came to life this year, 2020.
Like many other parents, we both work, have a house and kiddos that need all of our time and money... Coming up with ideas for nutritious meals for the family can be tricky but luckily we have found ways to make food taste fantastic and easy that we want to share with you!
Why we started this blog
Anthony and I have always been passionate about food, health, and fitness. We both love to workout and I love chatting with him while he cooks! I also enjoy baking so you will see a few posts from me here and there as well.
Food and how it affects our body has always been important to us as a couple. I previously taught both conventional and holistic medicine for about a decade and Anthony has a passion for how food affects the athlete's abilities and has worked with many athletes.
This blog is a space dedicated to plant-based healthy eating for everyone looking to improve their energy and immune system.
When I’m not busy blogging, I am working with clients. I am a Holistic Nutritional Clinical Practitioner. I use my decade of teaching medical experience to help women get their health back on track.
I also train other health coaches on how to set up an online business and work with clients in a meaningful way.

When Anthony isn't busy cooking, he has a full-time job, loves his new weight rack and home gym as well as spending time with his kiddos at hockey or ringette!
