Like many other parents, both Anthony and I work, we own a home and kids that need all of our time and money... Coming up with ideas for nutritious meals for the family can be tricky but luckily we have found ways to make food taste fantastic and easy to make that we want to share with you!
Anthony and I have always been passionate about food, health, and fitness. Anthony loves to cook and I love to bake. We are both passionate about how food affects our mental and physical well-being.

I taught both conventional and holistic medicine for about a decade in Colleges before I started my own business, Tammy Seed Health, as a Holistic Nutritional Clinical Practitioner. I focus on helping women get their health back on track.
Anthony has a specific passion for how food affects the athlete's abilities and has worked with many athletes, focusing on using food to improve performance.
In my spare time, I love doing home improvements and renovations on our home. My dad is a carpenter and I am lucky wnough to have been taught by him.
When Anthony isn't busy cooking or working, he is working out in his home gym!
