No Bake Rice Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

Simple to make and the perfect snack or treat! You can whip these up in under 10 minutes. Pop them into the freezer to set and you have something to go to every time you have a craving for something sweet!

  • 1 cup gluten-free brown rice crispies
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips dairy-free


  • In a large mixing bowl, add the rice crispies.
  • Using a small pot heat the peanut butter and maple syrup on medium heat.
  • Once melted, remove from heat.
  • Add in the vanilla and rice crispies and mix well using your hands.
  • Once thoroughly combined, add in the chocolate chips and continue to mix.
  • Form the dough into 10 small balls and place onto a baking tray or plate.
  • Place into the freezer and allow to set for 30 minutes or more.
  • Keep these in the freezer, transferring them to an air tight freezer-safe container.
